Job Description

The Entry Level Sales Associate will support the company’s business development and client acquisition efforts. This role is ideal for early-career professionals who are passionate about sales, client relationship management, and the energy industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, supporting client engagement, and assisting in the preparation of business proposals and presentations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads and convert prospects into clients for company services
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and business opportunities
  • Support the preparation of quotations, proposals, tenders, and presentations
  • Assist in client meetings and business development discussions
  • Maintain and update client databases and sales tracking systems
  • Participate in marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and networking events
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales performance reports
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ISO standards

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
  • 0–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development (oil & gas experience is an advantage)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good negotiation and presentation abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
  • Self-motivated with willingness to learn and grow
  • Knowledge of the oil and gas industry is an added advantage
