Job Description

The Real Estate Sales Executive will be responsible for driving property sales, generating leads, and building strong client relationships. The role requires a proactive individual with strong communication skills, sales ability, and interest in the real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify and reach out to potential buyers through cold calls, referrals, networking, and digital platforms
  • Actively generate new sales opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, investors, and property buyers
  • Provide professional guidance to clients throughout the property buying process

Property Showings & Sales

  • Schedule and conduct site inspections and property viewings
  • Present property features and highlight value propositions to clients
  • Support clients during negotiations and closing processes

Market Research

  • Monitor real estate market trends and property pricing
  • Track competitor activities and industry developments
  • Provide insights to support sales strategies and decision-making

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any related field
  • 0–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles (real estate experience is an advantage)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
  • Ability to work independently and manage client relationships effectively
  • Interest in real estate and property investment is an advantage
