The Access Bank Entry Level Training Program (ELTP) 2026 is a graduate development initiative designed to equip young professionals with the skills, knowledge, and practical experience needed to build successful careers in the banking and financial services industry.
The program begins with intensive training at the School of Banking Excellence (SBE), where participants receive structured learning, professional development, and practical exposure to banking operations, customer engagement, technology, and business processes.
Successful candidates will have the opportunity to launch their careers with one of Africa’s leading financial institutions while gaining valuable industry experience and access to long-term career development opportunities.
Available Program Tracks
1. ELTP Retail
This track is designed for candidates who enjoy working with people, building customer relationships, and delivering exceptional service.
Participants will gain experience in:

Qualification Requirement
- Minimum of a Second Class Lower (2:2) degree from an accredited university
- Open to graduates from any discipline
2. ELTP Tech

Participants may gain exposure to:

Qualification Requirement

Qualifications & Requirements
Applicants must:
- Possess a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree with at least a Second Class Lower (2:2)
- Have successfully completed the NYSC program
- Reside in Nigeria or possess eligibility to work in Nigeria
- Have access to a personal laptop
- Have a reliable internet connection
- Apply for only one ELTP track (multiple applications may lead to disqualification)
