Job Description
Applications are invited for the 2026 Ardova Plc Graduate Trainee Programme, an early-career development initiative designed to attract, train, and develop high-potential graduates into future leaders within the energy sector.
The programme provides structured training, mentorship, and hands-on exposure to real business operations within Ardova Plc.
Qualifications & Requirements
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree (Second Class Upper – 2:1)
- Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Petroleum, Mechanical, Metallurgical, Electrical) or Business-related fields
- Minimum of five (5) O’Level credits including Mathematics and English (in one sitting)
- Completion of NYSC with valid discharge certificate
- Willingness to relocate across Nigeria
- Strong academic and leadership potential
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
