Job Description
Spectrum Microfinance Bank is seeking ambitious and talented graduates to join its 2026 Graduate Trainee Program. This structured development programme is designed to equip participants with the knowledge, practical skills, and industry exposure required to build successful careers in the banking and financial services sector.
Successful candidates will undergo intensive training while gaining hands-on experience across various departments within the bank.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in structured training and professional development programmes.
- Gain practical experience across multiple banking functions.
- Support customer service, business development, operations, and other assigned units.
- Learn and apply banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Assist with customer acquisition and relationship management activities.
- Prepare reports and perform administrative tasks as required.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
- Contribute to service improvement initiatives and operational efficiency.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND from a recognized institution in any discipline.
- Minimum of Second Class Lower (2:2) or Lower Credit.
- Must have completed NYSC or possess a valid exemption certificate.
- Applicants must not be older than 27 years at the time of application.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
