Job Description
Cheaper Beta Enterprises is recruiting a Graduate Architect to support architectural and interior design projects within its Surulere office in Lagos. The ideal candidate will contribute to design development, project coordination, and execution from concept stage through completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural drawings and design concepts for residential and commercial projects.
- Create functional and visually appealing interior design solutions.
- Support project planning, coordination, and execution activities.
- Work closely with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to achieve project goals.
- Ensure all designs comply with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Sc. Architecture).
- Minimum of 2 years professional experience in architecture or interior design.
- Proficiency in relevant architectural design software.
- Strong creativity and attention to detail.
- Good technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
