Job Description
Kartel is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Intern to join its finance team. This opportunity is ideal for a serving NYSC corps member looking to gain practical experience in accounting and financial operations within the renewable energy sector.
The successful candidate will support routine accounting activities, financial record management, and administrative finance tasks while developing valuable professional skills in a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with basic accounting and financial record-keeping activities
- Support data entry and maintenance of financial records
- Assist in preparing financial reports and documentation
- Reconcile financial information and verify data accuracy
- Maintain organized accounting records and files
- Support the finance team with administrative and accounting-related tasks
- Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in financial documentation
Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Qualifications
- B.Sc. Degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline
Eligibility Requirements
- Must be a serving NYSC corps member or recently completed orientation camp
- Must reside within Lagos State
Skills & Competencies
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
