Job Description
The BAGCO Graduate Trainee Program is designed to equip young graduates with practical industry knowledge, technical expertise, and professional skills through structured training, mentorship, and cross-functional exposure within the manufacturing sector.

Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in any of the listed disciplines
Eligibility Requirements
- NYSC discharge certificate or exemption certificate
- Maximum of one (1) year post-NYSC experience
