Job Description

The BAGCO Graduate Trainee Program is designed to equip young graduates with practical industry knowledge, technical expertise, and professional skills through structured training, mentorship, and cross-functional exposure within the manufacturing sector.

Successful candidates will participate in intensive learning and development programs aimed at preparing them for future leadership and technical roles within the organization.

Qualifications & Requirements

Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in any of the listed disciplines

Eligibility Requirements

  • NYSC discharge certificate or exemption certificate
  • Maximum of one (1) year post-NYSC experience
