Job Description
CodelabProjects is seeking a motivated and highly trainable Digital Marketing & Cold Call Agent to support customer engagement, lead generation, digital communication, and online brand visibility.
The successful candidate will combine outbound sales activities with digital marketing responsibilities, helping the company attract, engage, and convert potential customers while supporting online marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients and leads.
- Follow up on inquiries and customer interactions to improve conversions.
- Support digital marketing campaigns across social media and online platforms.
- Create, publish, and manage content on social media channels.
- Maintain accurate customer records and communication logs.
- Respond to customer inquiries and direct prospects appropriately.
- Design marketing materials using Canva, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, or similar tools.
- Support lead generation and customer engagement activities.
- Monitor online engagement metrics and customer experience.
- Learn and adapt to company systems, products, and digital tools.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and customer support teams.
Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
- NYSC completed or currently serving candidates may apply.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good command of English language.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Graphic design skills using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, CorelDRAW, or similar tools.
- Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent persuasion, problem-solving, and customer engagement skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Teamwork and adaptability.
Additional Requirement
- Applicants must reside within Lugbe, Airport Road, Galadimawa, or nearby areas in Abuja, as this is a fully onsite role.
