Job Description
DM Holdings is seeking a Graduate Trainee in IT Support to join its technical team. The role is designed for young graduates who are detail-oriented, technically inclined, and eager to build a career in IT systems support, software documentation, and database management.
The successful candidate will be involved in system testing, technical documentation, database handling, and supporting IT infrastructure and software processes within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute test cases with precision and document results clearly.
- Identify and report differences or issues during system testing.
- Write software requirement specifications and technical documentation.
- Design system architecture, modules, interfaces, and data structures.
- Support database design and implementation tasks.
- Work with MS SQL Server or other query languages for data operations.
- Assist in IT support tasks and system troubleshooting.
- Maintain proper documentation of IT processes and system changes.
- Collaborate with team members on technical projects.
- Perform general IT and administrative support duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Qualification
- B.Sc / B.Tech / B.Eng in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related discipline.
Technical Skills
- Strong ability to execute test cases with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of software requirements documentation.
- Understanding of system design (architecture, modules, interfaces, data).
- Strong database design and implementation skills.
- Proficiency in MS SQL Server or similar database/query languages.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware.
- Familiarity with MS Office tools.

- Fast learner and adaptable.
- Strong analytical and documentation skills.
- Team player with good communication ability.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
Additional Requirements
- Age: 21–28 years.
- Must reside around Ogba, Ojodu Berger, Akute, Agege, or Ikeja axis.
