Job Description
Fragranza Elixir Limited is seeking a highly driven Sales & Business Growth Executive to accelerate revenue generation, expand market presence, and build strategic partnerships.
The ideal candidate is a performance-focused sales professional with a strong ability to identify opportunities, close deals, and drive consistent business growth across multiple sales channels.
This is a high-impact role requiring strategic thinking, strong execution ability, and a results-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Identify and acquire new retail, wholesale, and corporate clients.
- Build partnerships with gift shops, supermarkets, hotels, spas, real estate firms, and lifestyle brands.
- Drive sales through activations, exhibitions, networking events, and direct outreach.
- Manage reseller and distributor networks to expand market reach.
- Execute social media campaigns that generate leads and conversions.
- Collaborate with influencers, content creators, and brand ambassadors.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare weekly performance reports.
- Identify new market opportunities and propose growth strategies.
- Strengthen brand visibility across online and offline channels.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years proven experience in sales or business development.
- Strong record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
- Experience in social media marketing and lead generation.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Experience in fragrance, beauty, luxury goods, FMCG, lifestyle, or related industries is an advantage.
