Job Description
Lenar Medtech is seeking a Social Media Management Intern (NYSC) to support the company’s digital marketing efforts. This remote internship is designed exclusively for serving NYSC Corps Members who require a Place of Primary Assignment (PPA) and are interested in building a career in social media management or digital marketing.
Working under the guidance of experienced professionals, the successful candidate will assist in managing the company’s social media platforms, creating engaging content, and supporting digital marketing initiatives. The workload is light, making it suitable for Corps Members balancing NYSC responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and implementing social media strategies to improve brand visibility and audience engagement.
- Create and curate engaging content, including graphics, videos, infographics, and written posts for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), and LinkedIn.
- Monitor social media accounts by responding to comments, messages, and audience interactions professionally.
- Track social media performance using analytics tools and provide insights for content improvement.
- Stay informed about current digital marketing trends, emerging platforms, and social media best practices.
- Support other social media and digital marketing activities as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements
Applicants should possess the following:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant discipline.
- 0–1 year of relevant work experience.
- Must be a serving NYSC Corps Member seeking a Place of Primary Assignment (PPA).
- Must have completed at least one social media management course.
- Strong passion for digital marketing, content creation, and social media management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a remote team.
- Strong organizational, time management, and creative thinking skills.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
