1. Customer Service Representative

First Excelsia Professional Services is recruiting a Customer Service Representative on behalf of its client. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support by responding to enquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience within the logistics and transportation industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer enquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
  • Provide accurate information about the company’s logistics services.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues.
  • Follow up on customer requests to ensure complete resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests.
  • Prepare customer service reports and escalate recurring issues where necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with customer service standards and company procedures.
  • Recommend improvements that enhance customer experience.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
  • 1–2 years of customer service experience.
  • Experience within the logistics, transportation, or service industry is an added advantage.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and customer relationship management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and perform effectively under pressure.

2. Sales Executive

The client is seeking a Sales Executive to drive business growth by identifying new customers, developing client relationships, and promoting logistics and transportation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities.
  • Promote logistics, transportation, and supply chain solutions.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales opportunities.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Manage sales leads and customer pipelines.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through effective after-sales support.
  • Prepare regular sales performance reports.
  • Monitor industry trends and identify business opportunities.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 1–3 years of sales experience.
  • Experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
  • Excellent customer relationship management skills.

3. Sales Representative

The client is recruiting a Sales Representative to support business expansion by acquiring new customers, promoting logistics solutions, and maintaining excellent client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and develop new business opportunities.
  • Promote logistics and supply chain solutions.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Prepare quotations and negotiate contracts.
  • Meet assigned sales targets.
  • Convert leads into long-term business relationships.
  • Deliver excellent customer support and resolve client concerns.

Qualifications & Requirements
