Job Description
Green Africa Airways Limited is seeking a proactive and organized Technical Stores Officer to oversee the efficient management of technical stores operations. The successful candidate will ensure the proper storage, handling, documentation, and distribution of aircraft spare parts, tools, equipment, and materials while maintaining compliance with aviation regulations and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage daily logistics activities within the technical stores.
- Receive, label, and properly store aircraft parts, tools, equipment, and materials.
- Ensure the safe custody of aircraft spare parts in compliance with regulatory requirements, OEM specifications, and industry standards.
- Control the issuance and return of parts, materials, and tools to maintain accountability and traceability.
- Monitor and maintain minimum and maximum inventory levels.
- Conduct regular stock counts and prepare inventory reports for management.
- Maintain accurate documentation and inventory records.
Qualifications & Requirements
- HND or Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline.
- Good understanding of:
- Supply Chain Management
- Logistics Management
- Technical Stores Management
- Knowledge of inventory documentation and maintenance records.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to maintain accuracy while handling inventory and logistics processes.
