Job Description
The Food Production Analyst will support product research, development, quality improvement, and operational analysis across the company’s food production processes. The successful candidate will work with cross-functional teams to evaluate existing products, develop improvements, document processes, and monitor product performance to enhance customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the analysis, design, and development of new food products and product enhancements.
- Conduct research to improve product quality and customer satisfaction.
- Document production processes and recommend process improvements.
- Participate in product development initiatives and innovation projects.
- Carry out market research and customer surveys.
- Monitor restaurant operations and evaluate product performance.
- Identify operational challenges and recommend practical solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quality standards are maintained.
Qualifications & Requirements
- ND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science or a related discipline.
- Catering training or culinary internship experience is required.
- Minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1) for Bachelor’s degree holders.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and related software tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Passion for food innovation and quality improvement.
- Applicants must currently reside in Lagos.
