Job Description
Toyomax Energy Solution Enterprise is seeking motivated and analytical Electrical/Electronics Engineering graduates for its Graduate Energy Trainee Programme.
The programme combines intensive technical training in solar engineering with practical experience in technical sales and client services over a 3–6 month probation period. Upon successful completion, trainees will be placed into either the Solar Engineering Track or the Technical Sales & Pre-Sales Engineering Track based on performance, strengths, and career interests.
Key Responsibilities
During the training programme, successful candidates will:
- Assist senior engineers with solar load calculations and energy audits
- Support site assessments and solar inverter system design
- Prepare professional technical proposals for residential and commercial clients
- Participate in client meetings and learn technical sales and negotiation techniques
- Monitor field installations to ensure projects align with technical specifications and customer requirements
- Develop practical knowledge of renewable energy systems and customer engagement
Qualifications & Requirements
Applicants should possess:
- B.Eng or HND in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or a closely related Physics discipline
- Basic knowledge or project experience in renewable energy systems, including solar panels, inverters, batteries, or related technologies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong willingness to learn technical sales and customer engagement
- Ability to commute conveniently to the company’s office in Ikeja, Lagos
