Job Description
SAP is accepting applications for the Young Professionals Program Nigeria 2026, a fully funded training initiative designed for recent graduates interested in launching a career as an SAP Associate Consultant.
Delivered by SAP’s Digital Skills Center, this two-month virtual training programme equips participants with industry-recognized SAP certifications, technical knowledge, and professional development skills required to work within the SAP ecosystem.
Upon successful completion, graduates may be introduced to employment opportunities with SAP customers and partners. However, participation in the programme does not guarantee job placement.

About the SAP Associate Consultant Role
Participants will be prepared for careers as SAP Associate Consultants, working in either functional or technical consulting roles. Responsibilities may include:
- Supporting SAP implementation and digital transformation projects.
- Assisting with business process analysis and solution design.
- Participating in SAP S/4HANA implementation, optimization, and upgrade projects.
- Providing functional and technical support to clients.
- Delivering consulting services and knowledge transfer.
- Building strong client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Requirements
Applicants should meet the following requirements:
- Currently unemployed or working in a temporary or part-time position unrelated to long-term career goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in one of the following or a related discipline:
- Business Administration
- Management Information Systems
- Engineering
- Data Science
- Artificial Intelligence (AI)
- Preferably graduated within the last three years.
- Strong academic performance (top quartile GPA preferred; verification may be required).
- Demonstrated interest in pursuing a career in SAP consulting.
- Willingness to travel if required for future consulting assignments.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Full-time availability (Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.) throughout the two-month programme.
- Reliable internet connection to participate in the live virtual training sessions.
