Job Description
Maticline Industries Nigeria Limited is inviting applications for its Future Tech Leaders Program, a paid technical training initiative designed to develop the next generation of engineering professionals in the beverage and liquid food production industry.
Successful candidates will undergo comprehensive practical training in mechanical, electrical, and process engineering related to high-speed bottling, packaging, and liquid food processing systems. Upon successful completion, trainees will join the company’s Technical Support Team, providing installation, maintenance, and technical support services to clients across Nigeria and West Africa.
Key Responsibilities
During and After Training:
- Assist with the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of beverage production and packaging equipment.
- Provide first-line technical support by diagnosing and resolving mechanical and electrical issues.
- Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and engineering documentation.
- Work alongside experienced engineers to deliver engineering projects.
- Ensure all work complies with safety, quality, and operational standards.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients.
- Provide on-site and remote technical support as required.
Qualifications & Requirements
Applicants should possess:
- OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree in any of the following or related disciplines:
- Mechanical Engineering
- Electrical/Electronics Engineering
- Mechatronics Engineering
- Food Science & Technology
- Other relevant engineering fields.
- Be between 18 and 29 years of age.
- Demonstrate a genuine passion for engineering and hands-on technical work.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to travel for client support assignments.
- No prior work experience is required. Candidates with the right attitude, aptitude, and willingness to learn are strongly encouraged to apply.
