Job Description
African Fertilizer and Chemicals Nigeria Limited is inviting applications from qualified and motivated graduates for its Graduate Engineer Trainee Programme.
The programme is designed for recent graduates in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering who are eager to gain practical industry experience through structured training and hands-on exposure in a manufacturing environment. Successful candidates will work alongside experienced professionals while developing the technical and professional skills required for long-term career growth.
Qualifications & Requirements
Applicants must possess:
- B.Sc. or HND in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
- Completion of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme.
- 0–3 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong willingness to learn and develop technical competencies.
- Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.
Location Requirement
Applicants must:
- Reside in Agbara, Ogun State, or nearby communities; or
- Be willing to relocate to Agbara if selected.
