Job Description
Tongston Entrepreneurship Group is seeking applications for the role of Customer Insights, Product Analytics, QA & Impact Graduate Officer to join its Data, Research & Economics Team on a remote contract basis.
The successful candidate will help analyze customer behavior, product performance, quality assurance outcomes, and impact metrics to support data-driven decision-making. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the officer will transform customer feedback and analytics into actionable insights that improve products, services, and user experiences across Tongston’s Enterprise, Media, Finance, and Entrepreneurial Education ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Analytics Planning & Strategy
- Support the design of user journeys and analytics requirements across T-World products and programs.
- Assist in defining KPIs and performance measurement frameworks.
- Contribute to quality assurance and impact measurement planning.
- Ensure analytics processes align with privacy, governance, and ethical data practices.
Data Collection & Analysis
- Collect, organize, clean, and maintain analytics data from approved sources.
- Manage KPI dictionaries, QA logs, feedback registers, and analytics repositories.
- Prepare charts, tables, dashboards, and reports using Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, and presentation tools.
- Track customer feedback and monitor issue resolution trends.
- Produce reports linking customer behavior to product improvements.
Reporting & Collaboration
- Prepare analytics reports, evidence packs, presentations, and stakeholder materials.
- Support internal teams by providing reliable metrics and data-driven insights.
- Maintain organized documentation for easy retrieval.
- Perform additional duties assigned by management.
Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or Postgraduate Certificate in:
- Data Analytics
- Statistics
- Economics
- Or a related discipline.
- Additional background in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or Social Sciences is an advantage.
Experience
- Minimum of 6 months experience through:

Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
