Job Description
The Dangote Fleet Management Graduate Programme is designed for ambitious young graduates seeking to build careers in fleet management, logistics, transportation, and operations.
Successful candidates will participate in structured training and gain practical exposure to key areas of fleet and transport management, including vehicle operations, logistics coordination, maintenance, safety, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency.
The programme also provides an opportunity for successful participants to potentially build a long-term career with Dangote Group after completing the training successfully.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of a B.Sc. or HND in:
- Engineering
- Geography
- Logistics
- Supply Chain Management
- Transport Management
- Operations Management
- Or another relevant discipline
- B.Sc. candidates must have at least Second Class Lower (2:2).
- HND candidates must have at least an Upper Credit.
- Must possess an NYSC Completion Certificate or Exemption Certificate.
- Applicants must be 30 years old or younger at the time of application.
- Demonstrated interest in fleet management, logistics, transportation, and operations.
- Strong willingness to learn and develop professionally.
