Job Description
The DP World GROW Graduate Programme 2026 is designed to provide young graduates with an opportunity to begin their professional careers while developing the skills and experience needed to contribute to DP World’s operations.
The programme is currently open to candidates from ICAN and Pharmacy backgrounds who meet the specified eligibility requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements
ICAN Track
Applicants must:
- Hold a Master’s in ICAN.
- Have no previous formal work experience.
- Be in their final year of study, with qualification expected to be completed in 2026.
- Not intend to pursue further studies in 2027.
Pharmacy Track
Applicants must:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (BPharm).
- Have no previous formal work experience.
- Be in their final year of study, with qualification expected to be completed in 2026.
- Not intend to pursue further studies in 2027.

Recruitment Process
Candidates should expect the following stages:
- Online Assessment – Shortlisted candidates will receive an assessment link through an external service provider on LinkedIn.
- One-Way Video Interview – Candidates who meet the assessment requirements will proceed to a video interview.
- Final Interview – Successful candidates will be invited for an in-person interview at DP World’s offices in Nigeria.
- Verification & Background Checks – Final candidates will undergo the required verification process.
