The company is inviting applications from young, qualified, and highly motivated engineering graduates for its Graduate Engineer Trainee Programme.
The programme is designed to equip participants with the technical, analytical, and professional skills required for future opportunities across several areas of the organisation, including:

Successful candidates may be required to participate in project and site assignments, providing an opportunity to gain practical exposure to operations within the oil and gas industry.
Key Responsibilities & Development Areas
- Participate in structured learning and professional development activities.
- Gain practical exposure to engineering and project-related operations.
- Support activities across engineering, construction, projects, tendering, estimation, and business development functions.
- Apply engineering knowledge and analytical skills to assigned tasks.
- Participate in project and site deployments when required.
- Work collaboratively with relevant teams and contribute to organisational objectives.
- Demonstrate adaptability and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced industry environment.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
- Strong academic performance and demonstrated analytical ability.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong willingness to learn and develop professionally.
- Highly motivated and committed to building a career in the oil and gas industry.
- Willingness and availability to relocate to Ondo State for the duration of the programme.
- Must be prepared to undertake project and site assignments when required.
