Job Description
CWAY Foods Nigeria invites applications from enthusiastic and passionate graduates for its 2025 Dairy Graduate Trainee Program.
The program is designed to develop young professionals in the agricultural and dairy industry, equipping them with practical experience and technical knowledge essential for a successful career in dairy farm operations.
Successful candidates will gain hands-on exposure in cattle management, breeding, feeding, and milk production, under the supervision of industry experts.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle cattle breeding and manage daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly dairy farm data reports.
- Feed and care for cattle and calves to ensure optimal growth and productivity.
- Perform milking operations and maintain hygiene standards.
- Maintain accurate farm records on feeding, veterinary, breeding, and maintenance data.
- Demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and adapt to new farming technologies and processes.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Animal Science, Animal Nutrition, Veterinary Medicine, Animal Breeding, or related fields.
- Must have completed the mandatory NYSC program.
- Not more than 2 years post-NYSC experience.
- Must be willing to relocate to Ogere, Ogun State.
- Must demonstrate passion for a career in the dairy and agricultural sector.
- Should be ready to resume immediately.
