Job Description
Petrogap Oil and Gas Limited is seeking a smart, courteous, and detail-oriented Front Desk Intern (female) to join the team.
This position is ideal for a recent graduate or NYSC member looking to gain practical experience in office administration, customer service, and corporate communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and attend to guests, clients, and staff in a professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Maintain a tidy and presentable front desk area.
- Handle administrative duties such as mail sorting, scheduling, and record-keeping.
- Provide general support to other departments when needed.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (fresh graduates or NYSC candidates preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Smart appearance and a pleasant, professional personality.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
