Job Description
Glovo’s Q-Commerce team is offering a Graduate Internship Program designed to equip young graduates with hands-on experience in operations, data management, and process optimization. As a Catalog Operations Intern, you will support data maintenance, streamline workflows, and contribute to improving the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Update and maintain product data using Excel and Google Sheets.
- Collect and organize product details such as images, specifications, and descriptions.
- Enhance and restructure product category trees for grocery and retail stores.
- Identify and propose process improvements for greater efficiency.
- Collaborate with category managers to ensure data accuracy and performance optimization.
Qualifications & Requirements
- B.Sc/HND in any related field.
- Advanced skills in Google Sheets and data management tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Eagerness to learn in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
