1. Office Administrative Intern (NYSC)
Job Description
The Office Administrative Intern will support daily office operations and provide administrative assistance across teams. This role involves front desk management, asset and inventory management, procurement, vendor engagement, document preparation, and coordination of office activities. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, professional, and possess excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle front desk and customer service activities
- Prepare documents, memos, resumes, and presentations
- Manage clerical tasks, including invoicing and bookkeeping

- Supervise office support staff
- Manage asset and inventory records

2. IT Support Intern (NYSC)
Job Description
The IT Support Intern will provide technical assistance to staff, maintain IT systems, support software installation, manage digital tools, and ensure the smooth running of the organization’s IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine updates on company IT systems and applications
- Create SOP documents for tools and processes
- Research and install productivity-enhancing software tools
- Manage users on Google Workspace and Microsoft 365
- Monitor and manage office internet services
- Troubleshoot staff IT challenges
- Support setup of new staff onboarding tools
- Collaborate with vendors for asset repairs and maintenance

Job Description

- Identify and resolve production issues
- Develop tools to reduce errors and improve user experience
