Job Description
The Coca-Cola HBC Technical Trainee Program is an intensive 18-month non-residential training initiative designed to equip young engineers with practical technical skills and exposure to real-world manufacturing operations.
The program is divided into two phases:
Phase 1 – First 12 Months (Lagos Training Center)
- Participants will undergo both classroom and hands-on training in:
- Basic Bottling Process
- Industrial Mechatronics
- Automation & Process Control Engineering
- Machine Shop Operation
- General Fittings & Welding
- Utility Maintenance & Operations
- Quality Assurance / Quality Control
Phase 2 – Final 6 Months (Nationwide Plant Rotation)
Trainees will be assigned to one of Coca-Cola HBC’s eight production plants across Nigeria, where they will gain on-the-job training and hands-on exposure to modern production environments.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of Ordinary National Diploma (OND) in Engineering.
- Must be 18 years or older.
