Job Description
AAVA Brands Limited is inviting applications from ambitious and talented graduates for its 2026 Graduate Trainee Programme.
This 12-month immersive development programme is designed to prepare high-potential graduates for successful careers in sales and commercial leadership. Participants will receive practical training, professional mentorship, and exposure to real business operations while developing the skills required to become future leaders within the organization.
The programme offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic FMCG environment, gain hands-on experience, and contribute to delivering innovative sales and market growth strategies.
Qualifications & Requirements
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1) or Upper Credit.
- 0–2 years of post-graduation work experience.
- Applicants must have graduated within the last three (3) years.
- Must be 28 years old or younger at the time of application.
- Demonstrate a strong passion for personal growth, continuous learning, and career development.
- Possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and performance-driven work environment.
