Job Description
The Graduate Trainee Program at Arcade Engineering is designed to equip young graduates with the technical and professional skills needed to excel in the engineering sector. Trainees will undergo intensive training and gain exposure to real-world projects in disciplines such as civil, mechanical, and electrical engineering, working closely with seasoned professionals on-site and in office environments.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university with a minimum of First Class in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
- Completion of NYSC with a valid certificate or exemption letter.
- 0–2 years post-graduation experience.
- Not more than 25 years old by December 31, 2025.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced engineering environment.
