Job Description
BUA Foods is inviting applications for its 2026 Agricultural Graduate Technical Trainee Program, designed to develop young professionals in Nigeria’s agricultural sector.
This program offers a structured pathway for graduates to gain hands-on experience, technical training, and professional mentorship within BUA’s agricultural operations.
Successful candidates will:
- Participate in intensive hands-on agricultural training
- Work within BUA’s backward integration projects
- Gain exposure to real-world farming and agribusiness operations
- Receive mentorship from industry professionals
Qualifications & Requirements
To be eligible, applicants must have:
- A Bachelor’s degree (BSc/HND) in Agriculture or a related field
- 0–2 years of relevant work experience
- Must be resident in Nigeria
- Strong interest in agriculture and agribusiness
- Willingness to learn and work in field environments
