Job Description

CardinalStone invites applications from talented, analytical, and motivated graduates for its 2026 Graduate Trainee Program. This initiative is designed for young professionals passionate about the financial services industry and eager to develop their skills in a high-performance environment. Successful candidates will gain hands-on experience across both technical and non-technical departments, including Investment Banking, Portfolio Management, Legal, Operations, and Human Resources.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • B.A./B.Sc. (Minimum Second-Class Upper) in a numerical or business-related field.
  • 0–2 years of post-NYSC experience.
  • 5 O’level credits (including English & Mathematics) in one sitting.
  • Must have completed NYSC.
  • Maximum age: 26 years.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant financial tools (e.g., Bloomberg).
  • CIS certification is an added advantage.
  • Passion for financial services and eagerness to learn.
