Job Description
Dunn and Braxton is recruiting Customer Service Graduate Trainees on behalf of a client in the auto-spare parts industry. The role is ideal for young graduates who are customer-oriented, proactive, and interested in building a career in customer relations and business support.
Successful candidates will support customer engagement activities, administrative operations, and service delivery processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Responding to customer inquiries and complaints professionally
- Processing orders and providing product-related information
- Building and maintaining positive customer relationships
- Assisting with daily customer service and administrative tasks
- Supporting smooth communication between customers and the business
Qualifications & Requirements
- BSc or HND in any relevant discipline
- 0–1 year experience in customer service or related roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good problem-solving and customer-handling abilities
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is an advantage
