Job Description
BrainShare Technologies is inviting applications from qualified graduates for its 2026 Graduate Trainee Program. The company is recruiting an Account Trainee to join its Finance and Accounts team.
This opportunity is designed for recent graduates and early-career professionals seeking practical experience in accounting and finance within a fast-paced technology environment. The successful candidate will support financial operations while gaining valuable hands-on experience and professional development.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records and accounting documentation.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and account reconciliations.
- Process invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
- Assist with payroll administration and statutory remittances.
- Organize and maintain accounting files and financial documents.
- Perform financial data entry, analysis, and reporting using Microsoft Excel.
- Support audit preparation and other finance-related assignments as required.
Qualifications & Requirements
Applicants should possess:
- HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- 0–1 year of post-graduation work experience.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively within a team.
