Job Description
Genesis Group Nigeria Limited is inviting applications from ambitious and talented graduates for its 2026 Graduate Trainee Programme. The programme is designed to develop future leaders by providing practical experience, mentorship, and exposure to various business operations within the organization.
Successful candidates will participate in departmental rotations and gain hands-on experience in business management, project execution, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Rotate across various departments, including Sales, Operations, Human Resources, and Finance, to gain a comprehensive understanding of business processes.
- Work closely with department heads and experienced managers through mentorship and job shadowing opportunities.
- Participate in strategic projects and support process improvement and cost-management initiatives.
- Analyze operational and performance data to support management decision-making.
- Assist managers with administrative duties, staff supervision, scheduling, and daily operations.
- Attend training sessions, workshops, and complete assigned coursework.
- Participate in periodic evaluations and performance assessments throughout the programme.
Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc./B.A.) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in:
- Business Administration
- Management
- Finance
- Or any related discipline.
Skills and Competencies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to interpret both quantitative and qualitative data effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
