Job Description
GIL Automation is inviting applications from qualified and motivated candidates for its 2026 Graduate Trainee Programme. This programme is designed to groom young engineers by exposing them to practical engineering operations, problem-solving, teamwork, and innovative solution development.
Graduate trainees will work closely with experienced engineers and technical teams while building core competencies required for a successful engineering career.
Qualifications & Requirements
- BSc or HND in any Engineering discipline (Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related fields)
- Minimum of Second Class Upper Division
- Must have completed NYSC at the time of application
- Applicants must not be more than 27 years old
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges
- Strong passion for engineering innovation and technical excellence
