Job Description
The Talenture Group Graduate Trainee Program 2026 offers a structured learning experience for ambitious, results-driven, and career-oriented graduates who are eager to develop skills in sales, business development, and recruitment consulting.
Successful candidates will undergo comprehensive training designed to provide real-world business exposure, client engagement skills, and professional growth opportunities within a high-performing corporate environment.
Selected trainees will also benefit from early onboarding in December 2025, gaining an edge before the program’s full launch in 2026.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the business development and recruitment teams in generating leads and closing deals.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships across industries.
- Participate in training sessions, workshops, and coaching programs.
- Manage the full recruitment sales cycle, from prospecting to client management.
- Support the achievement of company revenue goals and business growth targets.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, HR, IT, Engineering).
- Must have completed NYSC.
- 0–1 year experience in sales, business development, or any client-facing role.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented, proactive, and passionate about learning.
- Must reside within or around Lekki Phase 1, Lagos.
