Job Description
The Federal Teaching Hospital, Ido-Ekiti, Ekiti State, invites applications from suitably qualified and interested candidates for its 2026 Internship Programme. The programme is designed to provide practical clinical exposure and professional development in line with regulatory body standards.
Internship positions are available in the following departments:
- Medical Laboratory Science
- Nursing
- Pharmacy
- Physiotherapy
- Radiology
Available Positions & Requirements
1. Intern Medical Laboratory Scientist
Requirements:
- Degree in Medical Laboratory Science
- Must be duly registered with the Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria (MLSCN)
- Must possess a valid practicing licence
2. Intern Nurse
Requirements:
- Degree in Nursing Sciences
- Must be registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN)
- Must possess a valid practicing licence
3. Intern Pharmacist
Requirements:
- Degree in Pharmacy
- Must be registered with the Pharmacists Council of Nigeria (PCN)
- Must possess a valid practicing licence
4. Intern Physiotherapist
Requirements:
- Degree in Physiotherapy
- Must be registered with the Medical Rehabilitation Therapists Board of Nigeria (MRTBN)
- Must possess a valid practicing licence
5. Intern Radiographer
Qualifications & Requirements
- Degree in Radiography
- Must be registered with the Radiographers Registration Board of Nigeria (RRBN)
- Must possess a valid practicing licence
