Job Description
The Graduate Trainee Program offers structured rotations across multiple departments, including marine operations, HSSE, supply chain, business development, and finance.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in vessel management, scheduling, and regulatory compliance
- Participate in safety audits, risk assessments, and HSSE protocols
- Support procurement and supply chain activities
- Shadow business development and client engagement processes
- Contribute to budgeting, financial reporting, and administrative functions
- Engage in mentorship sessions, workshops, and group projects
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (Minimum of Second Class Upper – 2:1) in:
- Engineering
- Business
- Finance
- Supply Chain
- Maritime Studies Or related fields
- Graduation year: 2021–2026
- 0–2 years of experience (internships and part-time roles accepted)
- Must be 27 years or below
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Adaptable with a strong willingness to learn
- Willingness to relocate to Lagos or Port Harcourt (travel may be required)
