Job Description

The Technical Trainee Program is designed to equip early-career engineers and technicians with hands-on experience in a dynamic manufacturing environment. Selected candidates will gain practical exposure in either the Maintenance or Production unit, working with modern engineering tools and systems.

Available Tracks

1. Maintenance Trainee

  • Perform technical support and maintenance tasks
  • Interpret technical reports and data
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving engineering issues
  • Work in a fast-paced industrial environment

2. Production Trainee

  • Support manufacturing and production processes
  • Ensure quality control and operational efficiency
  • Analyze production data and technical reports
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to improve processes

Qualifications & Requirements

  • OND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
  • Relevant Trade Test Certificate (required)
  • 0–2 years of work experience (NYSC experience may count)
  • Strong understanding of core engineering principles
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication (written and verbal)
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Team-oriented with high attention to detail
