Job Description
The Technical Trainee Program is designed to equip early-career engineers and technicians with hands-on experience in a dynamic manufacturing environment. Selected candidates will gain practical exposure in either the Maintenance or Production unit, working with modern engineering tools and systems.
Available Tracks
1. Maintenance Trainee
- Perform technical support and maintenance tasks
- Interpret technical reports and data
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving engineering issues
- Work in a fast-paced industrial environment
2. Production Trainee
- Support manufacturing and production processes
- Ensure quality control and operational efficiency
- Analyze production data and technical reports
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve processes
Qualifications & Requirements
- OND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- Relevant Trade Test Certificate (required)
- 0–2 years of work experience (NYSC experience may count)
- Strong understanding of core engineering principles
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication (written and verbal)
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Team-oriented with high attention to detail
