The 2026 Union Bank Management Trainee Programme is a structured career development opportunity designed for ambitious young graduates seeking to build a career in banking.
The programme aims to develop talented participants into well-rounded banking professionals and equip them with the knowledge, practical experience, and leadership capabilities needed to contribute effectively to the Bank.

Qualifications & Requirements
To be eligible for the programme, candidates must:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university with a minimum of Second Class Lower Division.
- Alternatively, possess an HND with at least a Lower Credit.
- Have a minimum of five (5) O’Level credits, including English Language and Mathematics, obtained in not more than two sittings.
- Be 27 years old or younger at the time of application.
- Have successfully completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme.
