Job Description

The 2026 Union Bank Management Trainee Programme is a structured career development opportunity designed for ambitious young graduates seeking to build a career in banking.

The programme aims to develop talented participants into well-rounded banking professionals and equip them with the knowledge, practical experience, and leadership capabilities needed to contribute effectively to the Bank.

Participants will gain exposure to the banking environment while developing professional and leadership skills that can support their long-term career growth.

Qualifications & Requirements

To be eligible for the programme, candidates must:

  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university with a minimum of Second Class Lower Division.
  • Alternatively, possess an HND with at least a Lower Credit.
  • Have a minimum of five (5) O’Level credits, including English Language and Mathematics, obtained in not more than two sittings.
  • Be 27 years old or younger at the time of application.
  • Have successfully completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme.
