Job Description

Qatar Airways is recruiting a dynamic and result-oriented Account Manager to support its Leisure and Corporate Sales operations in Nigeria.

Based in Lagos, the successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing key customer accounts, and expanding the airline’s corporate and SME market presence. This role involves strategic sales execution, client relationship management, and performance tracking within a competitive aviation environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned corporate and leisure account portfolios to maximize revenue performance.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and campaigns to boost customer acquisition and retention.
  • Support onboarding and ongoing engagement of corporate and leisure clients.
  • Analyze sales data and prepare performance reports using CRM tools.
  • Maintain Salesforce records and ensure proper pipeline management.
  • Promote airline campaigns and increase brand visibility across the Nigerian market.
  • Provide market intelligence and recommend business improvement strategies.
  • Liaise with internal and international stakeholders on product updates and promotions.
  • Represent the airline at corporate events, exhibitions, and trade engagements.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree (BA, BSc, or HND) in a relevant field.
  • Experience in a commercial, sales, or customer-facing role (aviation or travel industry preferred).
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems (Salesforce knowledge is an advantage).
  • Familiarity with GDS, ticketing systems, and sales tools.
  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Must have legal right to live and work in Nigeria.
