Job Description
The Account Receivable Officer will be responsible for managing all processes related to daily payment applications, including trade and non-trade receivables, as well as cash customers. The role also involves handling dispute resolutions, conducting monthly reconciliations for key business partner accounts, and overseeing staff receivable records.
This position is ideal for individuals with strong accounting skills, analytical thinking, and proficiency in financial tools who are eager to grow their career within a dynamic FMCG environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and process daily payments for trade and non-trade receivables.
- Conduct key business partner account reconciliations monthly.
- Resolve disputes promptly and accurately.
- Maintain accurate records of staff receivables.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accuracy and efficiency in financial reporting.
- Ensure all accounting processes comply with company standards and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a finance or accounting function.
- Strong understanding of general accounting principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate level).
- Experience with SAP or similar accounting software is an added advantage.
