Job Description
As a Factory Accountant, you will be responsible for ensuring financial accuracy and supporting cost efficiency within our production operations. Key duties include:
- Overseeing factory financial records and reconciliations
- Ensuring proper costing, inventory tracking, and expense monitoring
- Supporting internal audits and compliance processes
- Leveraging accounting software to streamline reporting
- Collaborating with the operations team to drive cost controls
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
- ICAN certification (preferred)
- 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience in a factory or FMCG setting
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Open to both male and female candidates
- Young, detail-oriented, and analytically inclined
