Job Description

Virgin Forest Energy Limited is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin Manager to oversee daily administrative operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating office functions, managing administrative staff, and ensuring seamless workflow across departments. This role requires a professional with strong multitasking abilities, excellent communication skills, and a solid background in administrative management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage front desk operations and handle visitor inquiries professionally.
  • Operate multi-line phone systems to ensure smooth internal and external communication.
  • Maintain accurate filing systems and perform data entry tasks efficiently.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and staff activities.
  • Provide clerical and documentation support, including report preparation and proofreading.
  • Utilize QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping and financial record management.
  • Support customer service operations and resolve client inquiries effectively.
  • Oversee office management tasks to ensure a productive and organized work environment.
  • Assist team members with administrative and operational needs as required.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BSc/HND) in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent computer literacy and adaptability to new software.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Effective communication and customer service abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in task execution.
  • Previous experience as an administrative officer, receptionist, or personal assistant is an advantage.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus.
  • Experience in office coordination, clerical duties, or facility management is desirable.
