Job Description
Virgin Forest Energy Limited is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin Manager to oversee daily administrative operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating office functions, managing administrative staff, and ensuring seamless workflow across departments. This role requires a professional with strong multitasking abilities, excellent communication skills, and a solid background in administrative management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk operations and handle visitor inquiries professionally.
- Operate multi-line phone systems to ensure smooth internal and external communication.
- Maintain accurate filing systems and perform data entry tasks efficiently.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and staff activities.
- Provide clerical and documentation support, including report preparation and proofreading.
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping and financial record management.
- Support customer service operations and resolve client inquiries effectively.
- Oversee office management tasks to ensure a productive and organized work environment.
- Assist team members with administrative and operational needs as required.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BSc/HND) in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent computer literacy and adaptability to new software.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication and customer service abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in task execution.
- Previous experience as an administrative officer, receptionist, or personal assistant is an advantage.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
- Experience in office coordination, clerical duties, or facility management is desirable.
