Job Description

The Admin Officer will support the smooth daily running of office operations through efficient administrative coordination, stakeholder support, and adherence to company procedures and policies.

The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams and service providers to ensure seamless office administration and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support across departments and teams
  • Maintain efficient office workflows and support process improvement initiatives
  • Manage office supplies, consumables, and inventory records
  • Coordinate meetings, trainings, business engagements, and internal events
  • Handle staff travel arrangements, accommodation, and logistics
  • Process invoices and monitor vendor payments
  • Liaise with security teams, drivers, and support staff for smooth operations
  • Support transportation logistics and vehicle maintenance coordination
  • Handle official correspondence and distribute documents appropriately
  • Prepare reports related to office expenses and administrative budgets
  • Ensure compliance with company administrative policies and procedures
  • Address administrative inquiries and escalate issues where necessary
  • Carry out additional duties assigned by the Admin Manager

Qualifications & Requirements

Candidates applying for this role should possess:

  • BA/B.Sc/HND qualification
  • Experience in administrative or office support roles
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
  • Good record-keeping and reporting skills
