Job Description
Bell Oil & Gas is seeking to recruit an Administrative Officer who will be responsible for ensuring effective office administration, facility management, fleet coordination, and procurement processes. The role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks within a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee procurement, maintenance, and repair of company equipment.
- Ensure prompt settlement of utilities and bills after due approvals.
- Manage requisition processing, verification of supply items, and stock control of office consumables.
- Supervise vehicle maintenance, repairs, and allocation of pool cars.
- Handle front office management and document control.
- Assist with insurance policy renewals.
- Draft meeting minutes, memos, and official correspondence.
- Monitor usage of consumables, ensure timely replacement, and procure quality products at competitive prices.
- Request and maintain updated brochures from partners.
- Perform other official duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements
- A good university degree (BA/BSc/HND).
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience, preferably in client relations and administration.
- Strong creativity and innovation skills.
- Proven integrity and reliability.
- Proficiency in PC and Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
