Job Description
As the Anura Demand Planning Key User, you will serve as the subject-matter expert for demand planning systems within the Anura project. You will play a pivotal role in the transition to OMP 2.0, ensuring smooth implementation, integration, and optimization of demand planning platforms such as SAP and OMP.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, represent Nigeria OpCo in global discussions, and support system adoption to drive operational excellence across Peak Milk’s supply chain.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the key user and systems expert for SAP and OMP.
- Lead the transition to OMP 2.0, including sprint tests, validation, UAT, and sign-offs.
- Collaborate with demand planners, production teams, and IT for seamless integration.
- Represent Nigeria OpCo in regional and global planning system forums.
- Provide input on system configuration, design, and continuous improvement.
- Support change management and adoption of new tools and processes.
- Customize training materials and deliver end-user training.
- Ensure clean master data as part of deployment requirements.
- Guide operational teams through system changes and gather local needs.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Passion for planning systems such as SAP and OMP.
- Experience in supply chain, logistics, or demand planning.
- Strong knowledge of FMCG or dairy operations (local and regional).
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Proficiency in SAP, Power BI, BW, and Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Proactive, collaborative team player with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Affinity with technology and willingness to learn new systems.
- Willingness to travel within the cluster or for global workshops.
