Job Description
We are currently hiring a motivated and teachable individual to join our remote team as an Appointment Setter Intern. This is a paid internship with full-time hours, offering the chance to work directly under the guidance of our Chief Marketing Officer.
As an Appointment Setter, you will play a vital role in supporting our sales and marketing pipeline by identifying and engaging with potential leads, scheduling meetings, and managing client communication via multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outreach to leads through email, LinkedIn, and phone calls
- Qualify and schedule appointments with prospects for the sales team
- Collaborate with Business Development and Marketing to refine outreach strategies
- Maintain accurate lead activity records using CRM software
- Follow up with leads and nurture relationships via structured communications
Qualifications & Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Tech-savvy and eager to learn CRM and communication tools
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and target-driven
- Confident in initiating conversations and building rapport
- Interest in startups or tech industry is a plus
- No prior experience is required, but sales, customer service, or lead generation experience is a plus

Must currently reside in Lagos, Nigeria
