Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and creative Architect to join our team full-time at Safehouse Construction Company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming client ideas and functional needs into innovative architectural designs, as well as overseeing the execution to ensure alignment with the original vision. This is a hands-on role suited for professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to contribute to a growing construction firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop architectural concepts through to detailed execution
- Produce detailed drawings, plans, and 3D visualizations
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and clients on project delivery
- Ensure all designs comply with building codes and safety standards
- Supervise site activities to maintain design integrity and quality standards
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure proper implementation of architectural designs
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
- 2–4 years of hands-on architectural experience
- Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and 3D Max
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Creative thinker with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and deliver under pressure
